I emailed them a pretty brutal letter some time back and my samples are starting to arrive. Maybe they're just trying to keep me from "going postal"

I get emails from them all the time and on other free sample site which directs m e too QH. But have not seen one sample from them .....
I really wanted that summer saftey pack too. It had like 10-15 diffrent samples. I gave up on them. Maybe I will email them promising them a hefty donation and never send it...lol..

I emailed them again complaining about how they promise a list a free samples and never come through...if I keep complaining maybe I'll keep getting samples....

I know there are a few in the list that are offers for online stuff because this is the list in "my account" like they sent a copy of the list. The acuvue is an online coupon thing and I think the iGuard is the site that keeps track of perscriptions for you. I got some free account there but I don't take any pills so.......garbage. But the other stuff......... I'll take it!

iguard is known to send out surveys from time to time asking you to do an in depth opinion of whatever meds you are on...including supplements and other stuff. They pay WELL, for these surveys. But that is not their gig, so don't sign up with them thinking that they automatically send surveys. I have gotten a bucnh of surveys from them, well over 150 bucks worth, but that is not what the site is for. they send the surveys out in order to keep their data banks up to date.

you should definately try and get in pinecone....i know what you mean about time but really try that one! $3 ea survey, 2-3 or more surveys amonth, products to test!!!!

I decided to contact Quality Health about the lack of samples and here is their reply:
Thank you for your interest in QualityHealth.com. I am sorry you have not yet received your free samples. Most samples take 12 weeks to arrive from the time they are requested on our site.

You can easily find the expected delivery dates of any samples for which you are successfully registered by visiting the "My Offers" section of our website. To do so, please login at www.qualityhealth.com. Then, click the link that reads "Account Info" (in the top right hand corner, under the "Welcome, ______" banner). This link leads to your account information and settings. In the top right-hand corner of this page you will find the "My Offers" section.

If it has been longer than 12 weeks for any of the samples requested, please write back and let us know which items you are missing. I will do my best to see that they get to you as quickly as possible. If we have the item in stock, we will put it in the US mail. If we do not have it in stock, we will send another item in its place.

Please know that we appreciate your patience in this matter. We are in the process of implementing better quality control procedures to prevent these errors from occurring in the future. Our only goal is to keep you happy by offering great samples and offers!
