How about a baby quilt? It would be a cherished keepsake especially if friends and relatives were able to contibute a "square".

GERMANY.... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MAKING LITTLE QUILTS, PROBLEM IS.......ONLY MY MOM AND I ARE CRAFTY IN ALL OF THE FAMILY! LOL HAHAHA

I MADE MY VERY FIRST QUILT WITH MY MOM AND THAT WILL BE THE BABY'S #1 BLANKIE. Wink

What about a cute little hat ....you know for when he comes out of the hospital? Instead of those beige ones they give you at the hospital he can be styling his own that his mother made him! monkey

Wow! You've got talent...all of you. I can't knit or crochet but I know what I like. And I can only sew things like hems, rips, etc. lol

Laura have you seen or hear of "Baby Legs" They are little leg warmers for babies. They make them for arms too. Sooooo cute!!

They look like they would be tight on little legs. Not for me. I wouldn't wear them so why would my kid wear them?? Not that I'm knocking it. Some kids may like it on them. But I would be kicking the daylights for someone to get them off me....LOL>>>> freebie dance
