If you live in Florida there is no point in trying to do this. I got these before, for my boyfriend, and no place would take it. They even send you a paper telling you which places would take the GC thing, we went to all the places and no luck. Everyone in the places said to sell them they have to have a licences to directly sell them with a GC/coupon. They said the only way you can get them is to get them directly from the factory or possibly online. So we gave up on it because there was no point here.
