As far as I know you can't stack manufacture w/ manufacture, but yes you can do a store coupon with a manufacture. So if you have a CVS coupon and a Manufacture coupon then use those together.

safeway had $ 1 off lunchables coupons in a magazine. Bricks had $1 off lunchables manufacture coupons so that's $2 off.
