Who has easter plans!??

happy easter girls!!! as for me i forgot easter was this weekend i like patty thought it was next weekend... i have had my head in the clouds because i have been to busy planning my little ones b-day party... my mom invited us down to her house for easter but she had surgery on her wrist the other day so she told me she was going to go to my uncles for easter so i told her i was going to stay home so like a mad man i ran around wed and got food... i had 20.00 on the counter to go buy my son some gifts but my husband took it for gas grr he culd have waited to get gas until tomorrow so i only got my son a easter book and a easter stuffed bunny and duck... but my mom came over yesturday ( un planned) because she "needed" to give my son his easter gifts that the "easter bunny" dropped off at her house by mistake... and yea i know your thinking " a one year old doesnt understand that" but my mother came yesturday and "explained " it to him i had all i could do but laugh ... so he got a bunch of stuff from my mom and dad i mean... "the easter bunny" and i got him 3 things but i am sure this week with the sales i will get him more ... my hubby is working until 4 so we are having a nice family easter dinner a ham with pineapples and cherries with a home made glaze... and mash potatos, stuffing, green bean casarole, corn, and roles and gravy.... and for desert i am making strawberry short cake so it should be a nice evening i am going to take lots of because this is my sons first easter and i have a cute outfit i got for him to wear and this time last year i was in the hospital trying to have him so i missed easter last year... i hope everyone has a nice easter today

no Easter this year.........just going to work and pack my van......road trip, but nothing that has to do with Easter

No plans either. Remember my knee is out for awhile. But I did something awesome since my daughter started her spring break (no school) till April 12 she goes back....guess what I did?

I went to Movie Gallery you know to rent movies...and I found out they have this special thing you can rent unlimited moves for a whole month (3 out at a time) for $39.99 plus tax. And you get 3 return 3 and so fourth. And our Movie Gallery is just across the street from our house so this was so to get. Especially since the month just started and my daughter is out of school and my husband doesn't work till night time. Needless to say we have been watching the heck out of movies since saturday! We are definately catching up with the latest movies out there and some we missed out awhile back. Loving this. This is a treat for us all. Since we are all movie buffs.

That's what I used to do ismile....then my local video store shut down so now I use Netflix. Sorry about you knee still being out ismile but don't let that stop you from hunting for eggs

Yeah, it's a thing to buy. But I'll post all the movies I've been watching an making comments about them in the movie post.

After the Easter bunny hid 30 plastic eggs filled with for the 15 yr old and his easter basket was sitting on the counter, our 16 yr old daughter decides to text and say "Y'all should get me an easter basket" so off I went again! Next year, they better buy ME an easter basket.

Hey I wish they had an adult Easter Egg hunt. I miss running around trying to find eggs. I don't eat but I just wish it had something like coupons , gift cards ect.

Oh.....how about some samples in the eggs??? Cool man....that would be !!

SVaughn- once we reached 10 my mom stopped doing easter egg hunts and would just buys us a couple summer outfits or flowers or easter pencils and put in our baskets... you should do something like that for your kids because u have to admit they are getting a little old for easter egg hunts you should just pick up some small items that fit there age that they can use like pencils, note book some , bath stuff, umm maybe a cd stuff liek that and easter morning just put a nice basket on the counter each of them for easter...going to the dollar stores and looking around easter time i am sure u can fill a basket for cheap... before i moved out my mom would by me and my sister each some flowers, some and some bath stuff... now she gives us each 40.00 and a card i have a son who is almost one so this easter she went all out for him ... even last year i thought he was going to be an easter baby so she went out and got him easter gifts so he wouls have things for his first easter ... i hope that gives u some ideas for next year
