MORALE SUPPORT FOR WEIGHT LOSS!

i just tried some almond milk - 2 carbs for a cup. well.... it is good for my coffee but to just drink it....

there is one soy milk that tastes so good. its in a blue carton...if i saw it i would know what it is but normally they only taste good in something whereas this one i could tolerate. it was tasty.

down 7 in 11 days!

When I worked at Starbucks, the Low Carb people always got their drinks made with Heavy Cream. 1TB only has .42carbs, try that in your coffee.

thanx patty! i had switched from coffeemate vanilla to half and half and then got the almond milk so i could have milk - i used to drink 3-4 glasses of non fat every day - but this stuff is nasty on its own. i can't stand soy milk either gonna have to figure out what to stop eating so i can have my milk!

hate to say #1 i accidentally cheated and #2 i purposefully cheated

#1 i ate a nibble of a tostada and after swallowed i realized ohhhh shoot! habit i guess.
i was making for my parents
THEN #2 my mom bought my brothers doughnut holes and if you know me they are my weakness!!! sooo i went 1 day w/o and today i gave in and had 1. it was 15g for 9 pieces so it wasnt a huge cheat but i did cheat.

seriously, just lower your carbs counts for a couple of days and it will be fine. i am a little miffed that you didn't share the donut holes!

I found it was good to cheat just a little sometimes. It throws your body off, and kicks back in when you go back to your regimen. Sometimes, you will reach a plateau, and I actually found this comes in handy when not losing pounds or inches. Jolt your body. Cheat a little, then go back on the strick routine you were on. You'll see. It's not that bad. NEVER deprive yourself of anything. Now, that could be dangerous! Again, congratulations. You're doing a good job!

ya no kidding!! well the good thing... now that im at my parents for a few days, btwn taking care of my little brothers, making all the meals, cleaning and taking care of my dad, im barely hungry so the lowering carbs should be a piece of cake.....mmm cake

i am down 27 pounds and was able to fit into a nice suit for my interview yesterday. i hadn't been able to wear that suit for a year!
