Nivea is offering a personalized diet and exercise program. You receive 4 weeks of detailed exercises and diets listing each meal and snack. Will receive one week at a time via email. You have the option to view online, or to print out the regime and diet.

I know that I signed up for this but the site won't load. And it was for 2009.
