The Review
I received the Ozeri Precision Pro Stainless-Steel Digital Kitchen Scale to review.

I had an old cheap plastic dial scale and I can’t tell you how nice it is to replace it with a quality scale with a digital readout.

I love trying new recipes and the majority of these recipes seem to need weight measurements for ingredients. It has made baking a lot easier as precise measurements are a key to successful baking.

This scale weighs grams, ounces, pounds and kilograms. You can quickly change between weight units by simply pressing the Unit button. It has a large LCD screen that is easy to read and see from any angle. The scale automatically turns off when not in use saving battery power.



It also has a Tare feature to automatically subtract weight of container only displaying weight of ingredients. No more weighing bowl then trying to remember the weight and calculating combined weight of bowl plus ingredients. This feature is activated by pressing on/off button.
