Well, on the elf website I was looking and it had a place where you could locate the nearest place to buy it and Big Lots came up for my zip code. I assume its the same price, Big Lots is a really cheap place to shop. i love it.

Well, I didn't know Big Lots carried E.L.F. makeup but I do know that Kmart does. Kmart is walking distance from my house and they are in the makeup isle in an endcap. And there are priced $1.00 as well.
Now Big Lots we do have one here, but it's a little far from where I live, but next time I go there I'll have to check it out. To see if they carry it here.

well if you go to the elf website you can do a search on their site for the places in your area that carry it.
