Need help inserting picture please...

How do i nsert pic from photo bucket? Since i am dummy i will need step by step instructions.

Also the time zones are drivng me nuts.

ok go to the pic you want. scroll down to where they have the links, copy the direct link. then come over here and in your reply box you should see next to the emoticons/text color you should see a picture with a tree paste the link in that box then press ok. wahhh lah!!!

Actually, too, you can click on the option that says "IMG Code"....if you choose that option you only have to right click and then hit paste inside the message area.
