i tried this kind of stuff once and sure enough, at a wedding one of the nails came off and no glue around - had to use chewing gum to get thru the day! never again!!!

I can't use these.. Imagine if I cooked some food and one fell in! I am happy for food service safety regulations!

I don't know...i think I'd rather find a fake one in my salad than someone's real one.

getting acrylic nails done at the salon is the best i used to do it, but i have a 6 month old and i might poke him.

My real nails are tough, real tough. And they grow very fast, I have to trim them about once ever ten days or so or I can't type. As it is my nails are rubbing off the letters off of my keyboard, this will be the third keyboard in about 7 years that I have rubbed the letters off of!

Just so everyone else knows...to hear about or see someone jam their nails, or tear them, or break a nail ...just sends me through the roof! I would rather have 100 small children rub their nails on a chalkboard!

When my kids were little they would run up to me, "Mommy, Mommy, I broke my nail!" And I would cringe and tell them to go away...I mean even if they were bleeding profusely, I just can NOT deal with broken nails!
